On June 6-7, 2013, 17 ENAM delegates representing 14 different countries got together in Nicosia, Cyprus, for the 3rd annual ENAM Conference to discuss entrepreneurship. The Conference was also the inaugural event of the Cyprus American Alumni Network (CAAN). CAAN was formed as an umbrella organization for members of existing U.S. alumni associations in Cyprus, as well as individuals who have graduated from U.S. educational institutions and USG exchange programs, who are currently not a member of any alumni association in Cyprus.
Before the official Conference started, ECA’s Cheryl Francisconi hosted a small workshop on leadership. Cheryl Francisconi is the REAC for Southern Europe and has a decade of experience in designing leadership development and organizational effectiveness programs for individuals, organizations, and networks. Thanks to the U.S. Ambassador to Cyprus, Mr. John Koenig, and his wife Natalie, for hosting a reception at their residence.
